Parent waiver claim: By pressing "I Accept", I understand and have been notified of the risks involved in my child/ward participating in organized or recreational baseball . Whether it be scrimmages, practice drills, games, tryouts or skills contests, I hereby release Luccini and all its affiliates, Ron Mathis, Shawn Ina, Sid Holland and their affiliates and family, the event organizers, the event host site, coaches, staff, volunteers, the practice facilities and chaperones from any and all liability originating from any injury resulting in participating, in any capacity, in this activity or any activity associated with Luccini Baseball. I assume all risk in participating I also waive all claims or liability against Luccini and all its affiliates, Ron Mathis, Shawn Ina, Sid Holland and their affiliates and family which arise from injury while participating in this event or any event which Luccini or specific player is involved. I agree I will not file suit against any of the organizers or their agents for any injury as a result of participating in this activity.
